This is your classic mom and pop 5 days a week, Business center sandwich shop. A very nice couple run the place. They have a small menu which consists of breakfast sandwiches and such hot and cold sandwiches for lunch and a few salads. They seem to do a lot of smoothies and drinks of that nature. The owners are very nice and conscientious. I have the tuna salad sandwich which was quite delicious. It was on wheat toast lettuce tomato a little mustard and swiss cheese. Very good and the prices are excellent here. This place is going in the work rotation

First time trying this spot. The customer service was amazing, food prices were very reasonable! Actually better rates than most spots nearby! Definitely will be coming back again to try different items. Got the egg salad sandwich. 10/10!

First time in this place and I love it! I ordered a Turkey club with avocado and it was delicious. Super fresh. The service is very good and quick. The price was very reasonable (only 8 dollars!) The parking lot is a little bit tricky but you have to enter in Campus (not Quail) Totally worth the drive.

I have been here before. Their sandwiches are excellent. I especially like the chicken and avocado. Their bread is soft and the food is flavorful. You order at counter, they offer bagged chips, fountain drinks, and bottled drinks. The parking can be a little bit of a bear at lunchtime. The seating inside is limited and have a couple of umbrella tables outside.

This is my favorite mom and pop style shop in OC. I've been a patron for years now and Jerry and his wife always happily greet me when I come in. I really appreciate that they take the time to talk about our personal lives. My go-to smoothies rotate between taro, honeydew, and avocado. I appreciate how unique the flavors are and how consistently great they are. For food, I typically get the vegetarian sandwich, but add turkey on top. I love how they are always happy to customize anything for you. I've never had anything bad here. Jerry and his wife never miss

I love coming to Jerry's for a taro smoothie or sandwich. The taro smoothie makes your mouth water. I've tried the ham and cheese and vegetarian sandwiches and they were both delicious. Jerry and his wife make the visit memorable every time. They are hospitable and upbeat and they treat you like a friend when you walk in the door. I will keep coming to Jerry's for a long time.

Very good sandwiches but not the most spectacular I've ever had. Very fresh and filling but honestly I could make these sandwiches at home. Their chips and drink selection is pretty good. Plenty of things to choose from. I got the Turkey Avocado and it was good. The owners are very nice and attentive. They give great service. The prices here are very reasonable and fair. Not too many tables to sit at. If it's busy you might not get a seat but we did.

My favorite sandwich place! I work right around the corner and come here at least once a week (often more than once). Both Jerry and his wife are so kind and remember me everytime. The service is top notch. It is so cute inside and is the perfect sandwich shop in this business center. Their beverage fridge is always stocked and they even have red bull which I need almost daily. They also gave a good selection of chips. I came in the other morning for a bagel and it was also so good, I added tomato and it was perfect. My husband who isn't a big sandwich person loves their tuna melt the best and meets me for lunch just to have it.

I was in Newport Beach and wanted a quick, healthy-ish sandwich so I did a Yelp search... then off to Jerry's I went mainly coz of the high reviews. Well, it was an excellent choice. The owners, Jerry and his wife, were both friendly and personable so that's always a plus. We ordered a turkey ham BLT on rye and a pastrami provolone cheese melt on squaw. Both sandwiches were made to order and served within a few minutes. Jerry even gave us a shot of an avocado smoothie just to try it. The sandwiches, albeit simple, were tasty and made with fresh ingredients; definitely a good value for the price. The smoothie was nice especially given that it was a hot day. Jerry's gets 5 stars from me in terms of value, taste, quality, and service. If you're in the area and looking for something simple and healthy, then get some sandwiches from Jerry's.
